We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in the area of paid social media on a full-time basis.

What are your responsibilities?

• Your responsibilities include the holistic management of the paid social media channels Facebook and Instagram.
• You will support our team in the planning, implementation and evaluation of various campaigns.
• You monitor performance, tap into new target groups and optimize campaigns sustainably in terms of predefined goals.
• You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating campaign results and deriving learnings and recommendations for action.
• You will analyze the market and competitive situation and identify trends and innovations in the field of social media.

What qualities you need to bring?

• You have a relevant education or degree, preferably in the fields of business administration/marketing/media studies.
• You have initial experience in online marketing, particularly in the conception and implementation of paid social campaigns.
• You are enthusiastic about marketing, advertising and media and are motivated to fully commit yourself and contribute to the success of the team.
• You are a real communication talent and have a good affinity for numbers.
  
• You are characterized by team spirit, creativity, resilience, independence and humor.
  
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications and speak fluent German and English.

We are looking for a full-time graphic designer (m/f/d) to support our team.

What are your responsibilities?

• Creating digital content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and co.
• Creating videos in the native TikTok style that reflect the latest trends.
• The development of visual concepts and the design of graphics, illustrations and layouts.
• The continuous development of your own graphic design skills (m/f/d) and knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to understand customer requirements and create targeted designs.

What qualities you need to bring?

• You have a relevant education or degree, preferably in the fields of graphic design or as a media designer.
• You have initial experience in graphic design in an agency.
• You are enthusiastic about marketing, advertising and media and are motivated to fully commit yourself and contribute to the success of the team.
• You are creative, full of ideas and always interested in the latest trends.
  
• You are characterized by team spirit, creativity, resilience, independence and humor.
  
• You are proficient in using Photoshop and speak fluent German and English.
